"Noah from State Farm called me and at first I was reluctant to talk with him because of a previous bad experience with State Farm. However he worked to gain my trust and I found that I would get significant savings by going with his recommendations. He worked with me to add my son into the policy and to make some rather complicated adaptations. All in all, we will save about five to $600 a year on two cars insured"

"They are friendly people but sometimes they screw up my payments from time to time or i will ask them to add something to one of my policies and it's not reciprocated and done. I want to say i like the insurance so far, and i have not had to make a claim yet, but customer service sometimes is not their strong suit. Ive had a billing issue occur months ago where they undercharged me, i told them the correct amount i needed to pay, only to find out later after i paid that i need to pay the difference and i was correct. Sometimes they might make you feel like their mistake was not a mistake or they can't do anything about it. Again customer service not so much. Very frustrating sometimes but they have some ok auto insurance costs."
